Conveyors:

The M.H conveyors, engineered with modular conception are substantiated either in Aluminum or AISI 304 Stainless Steel structure as standards. The conveyors realized in Painted Steel or AISI 316 Stainless Steel, are available on request. The conveyors range of products offered by M.H include BAT, BIFLEX, JOLLYFLEX, F6 Light conveyors and F7 Medium conveyors. M.H. has also developed a line of conveyors, the M-FLEX conveyors suitable for use with most plastic modular chains from the most important producers. In addition it has developed a new line of conveyors specially designed for handling stakered bakery products.

Buffering Systems:

M.H is considered among the most reliable providers of buffering systems. M.H offers these buffering systems as multiple solutions for the buffering of products. The buffering systems offered by M.H Material Handling includes the BAT-Buffer and HELIFLEX buffering systems. The M.H patented buffering systems, BAT are designed to give complete flexibility to the packaging lines. These buffering systems allow the packaging machines to continue the production without stops. In addition these buffering systems come with an added feature that allows the buffer to work in both directions. The HELIFLEX buffering systems come with a feature that allows both buffering and conditioning cycle with warming or cooling of products.

Elevators:

M.H Material Handling provides superior quality elevators that covers complete range of applications from clamps elevators to elevators for carton boxes. BAT-Vertical are continuous working elevators offered by M.H. These elevators are an ideal solution for high production rates. Having an aluminum structure, the BAT-Vertical elevators are available in stainless steel and with variable dimension system. BAT-VERTICAL elevators allow exploiting available plant spaces in every direction. In the elevators and downlevators range, M.H also offers the Discontinuous lift.

Mergers:

Mergers are one of the integrated and efficient solutions provided by M.H Material Handling. These mergers and other integrated solutions are used when there is an increase in production rate and changes in packaging formats. In the mergers range, M.H offers the DU Series mergers; dynamic merger systems representing the most flexible solution. These mergers are applicable when there is a requirement to merge in a single row, the products in a packaging line. The standard machine of these mergers is built in AISI 304 Stainless Steel and uses plastic modular chain. These DU series mergers are completely wash down solution to grant easy maintenance. The technical and functional efficiency coupled with ease of operation and maintenance makes the M.H DU Series mergers the best choice for high production rates.

Boxing machines:

M.H provides custom made boxing machines, pneumatically activated, suitable for small, seasonal or test productions. The perfect solution whenever a full size boxing machine would be too much expensive and complex to maintain for a small range production. M.H. pneumatic machines are reliable and easy to operate and can be easily integrated in existing lines. The standard range is made in aluminum; stainless steel is available on request.
