VERIPACK AGAIN AT THE FOREFRONT OF PACKAGING

Manufacturer of form-fill-seal machines since more than 40 years, Veripack presents important features on the existing models and the new tray-sealer Focus.

FNC Veripack is technology at the very edge of mechanical applications since 1927. It has been working in packaging business specialising in thermoforming for the last 40 years.

Following this mission, Veripack proposes a series of features available on its thermoforming machines Entry, Freedom, Flexi and Progress.

The system for the rapid and tool-free change of the forming moulds and sealing frame, the automatic chains washing system and the data/video transmission via Internet/Intranet are available on Veripack machines.

The model range covers from the smaller to the bigger production volumes and a wide variety of applications in both food and non-food applications such as vacuum, modified atmosphere, blister and medical.

In order to supply even more diversified solutions, in addition to the already existing tray-sealers Vision and Panorama, Veripack introduces the new tray-sealing machine Focus.

Focus is an automatic middle-size tray-sealer able to perform both sealing only or vacuum & MAP execution for a variety of trays shape and a wide range of applications, from ready meals to sliced meat or sausages. The extensive use of stainless steel provide a high reliability also in very aggressive atmospheres. Capable to reach up to 12 cycles/1' in sealing and up to 6 cycles1/' in vacuum and MAP, its compact dimensions and its simplicity in use make this machine a very efficient tool for medium production capacities.

Vision is an automatic tray-sealer designed to provide maximum reliability and is manufactured completely in stainless steel in order to resist the more aggressive agents present both in the products packed as well as in the detergents used for cleansing. Extremely safe and flexible, Vision is suitable for frequent changes in workload or typology of the product to be packed. Its simple and tool-free format change system, the robust and ergonomic structure ensure that very few operations are needed to change the format. Vision is capable to reach up to 20 strokes/1' in sealing cycle, and up to10 stroke/1' for vacuum & MAP.

The complete and safe sanitation of Vision is a further exclusive feature. As testified by the existing Customers, the use of a high pressure gauge for cleaning the whole machine with the specific detergents, is the most efficient system to obtain a complete sanitation without affecting the machine functions also after years of intensive operations.

Panorama is a tray-sealing machine with double capacity, compared to Vision, but features the same simplicity in use and reliability. Its production capacity matches the highest standards in the industry while maintaining the simplicity and reliability of the smaller model.

In order to completely fulfil the customer needs, Focus, Vision and Panorama can be equipped with a wide range of accessories such as de-nesting unit, vacuum pump, photocell, date printers, and end-line equipment.

A further possibility for Vision and Panorama is to connect an "easy cap" unit for automatic upper lid positioning after sealing; an almost complete line of packaging able to cover even the most sophisticated applications.
