Shreeji Polymix Industries was established in the year 2000 near Vadodara, Gujarat. The Indian based company has a well equipped and machinery to produce quality raw materials with a commitment to quality management system, complying with ISO 9001:2000.
Shreeji manufactures PE based masterbatches, brand named Colorcon. The raw materials used for manufacturing masterbatches can be blended easily with all types of PE and PP polymers. It has all in-house testing facilities to keep a check on quality during the process. With extensive R&D facilities, customers have a wide selection of colours and white masterbatches to choose from.
PRODUCTS
White Masterbatches
The white masterbatches are loaded with 30% to 75% of titanium dioxide to achieve excellent opacity levels. They can be blended with different grades of polymers.
Colour Masterbatches
The colour masterbatches, also called Colorcon masterbatches are manufactured in both organic and inorganic pigments depending on the end application. Utmost care is taken in selection of pigments, so that the required depth and dispersion in the product are achieved. Food grade masterbatches are also supplied
Additive Masterbatches
The company also manufactures a wide range of Additive Masterbatches, which include U.V. stabilizers, Processing Aids, Slip Additives etc for the packaging industry.
APPLICATIONS
Shreeji manufactures a wide range of masterbatches in different colours and different shades applied in various fields of plastic packaging. The monolayer and multi layer films are used for shopping, T-shirt, food packaging and garbage bags, foam & biodegradable films, stationery products, milk and oil pouches.
The woven sacks industry uses the masterbatches for cement bags, fertilizer bags and tarpaulins etc. Moulding industries use them for blow moulded containers, moulded furniture, pipes, profiles, industrial and house hold articles. Apart from the above they are also used for box strappings, fishing nets, monofilament yarn and wire ropes etc.
