Packaging Innovations will return to its roots in Amsterdam on 18 and 19 November 2020 , the center where the creative Netherlands is engaged in innovation and design. After the trip in Utrecht 2018, the 2020 edition will again take place where the event has had growing success: Taets Art & Event Park in Amsterdam, Zaanstad . Why? This spectacular and industrial event location has an exclusive character that perfectly matches the innovative and inspiring concept of Packaging Innovations.

Packaging Innovations is the national event with an international character, which brings a collection of new insights and ideas for the  primary packaging. From young to old, everyone is seduced by packaging. In 2020, 40% of the world's population will be Gen Z, the successors of the millennial. 70% of Gen Z are willing to spend more on brands they want to be associated with. At the same time, other generations are becoming more environmentally conscious and as a result, more and more products are being labeled 'sustainable'.
