AQUILA Wrzesnia, a key part of the VPK Group, is expanding its presence in Greater Poland. Founded in 2005, the Wrzesnia facility represents AQUILA’s inaugural venture in Poland and is poised for growth with the addition of a new 13,000 sqm production hall and the installation of an advanced corrugator.

This recent investment by the VPK Group reaffirms its commitment to AQUILA’s dedicated customer base. Commencing in 2024, the construction of the new hall at the Wrzesnia site marks a significant milestone for the company, which boasts over 18 years of delivering high quality corrugated board products to leading packaging manufacturers both domestically and internationally.
The new hall will house a FOSBER 2.8m corrugator equipped with a triple cross cutter and a SEEMI logistics system capable of managing three simultaneous customer orders. Operating at speeds of up to 420 m/minute, the corrugator will enable AQUILA to produce as much as 20 million m2 of corrugated cardboard monthly.
Our skilled operators at the Wrzesnia facility are poised to swiftly maximize the new corrugator’s capabilities. We anticipate the installation of this machine will enhance the quality of our raw materials for packaging production.
This substantial investment bolsters AQUILA's market position, providing customers with modern, efficient production capabilities. The project includes the construction of a new production and warehouse facility along with the acquisition of a new corrugator. Construction is slated to span approximately nine months, with the new technological line expected to launch in early 2025.
