B&R Moll expands headquarters, Manufacturing Space to bring more work In-House

28 October 2015

B&R Moll Inc., a supplier of folder/gluers and specialized bindery finishing equipment for printing and packaging facilities, recently expanded its headquarters location’s manufacturing capacity to 25,000 square feet, enabling the company to meet increased demand for its machines from U.S. and international customers. The expansion follows an earlier move last year to a new, larger facility in Warminster, Pennsylvania, with more space dedicated to R&D efforts and an enhanced customer showroom, and is part of the third-generation family-owned company’s plan for continued growth.

“After we moved our manufacturing into the new facility last year, it became clear that we would need even more assembly space and machine shop capacity than even the newer, larger building provided,” explained Kevin Moll, regional sales manager for B&R Moll Inc. “Expanding our machine shop has kept more of our production and R&D work in-house, which gives us faster turnaround times.”

According to Moll, the company’s sales growth has been fueled by increased customer demand resulting from its tradeshow participation. B&R Moll had a successful show at GRAPH EXPO, the printing industry’s premier annual North American tradeshow, which was held in Chicago last month; and the company is currently exhibiting at the international Print Show in Birmingham, U.K.

Dedicated to the design and production of specialized machines to perform folding, gluing, diecutting, taping and inserting processes for printers’ finishing and bindery operations, B&R Moll was founded in 1976. Their patented U.S.-manufactured machines are compatible with virtually all types of printing presses, and are designed to increase production throughput, lower costs and reduce downtime in the printing and finishing process.

B&R Moll’s global headquarters facility is located in Warminster, Pennsylvania (744 Nina Way, Warminster, PA 18974), and the company maintains an international location—Moll International, Ltd in Wickford, Essex, U.K.—to handle sales, service and demonstrations throughout Europe.
