Dantex to showcase Picojet Digital UV inkjet press at Labelexpo Europe 2017

UK-based press manufacturer Dantex will be showcasing its new PicoJet Digital UV inkjet press at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe to be held this September at Brussels, Belgium.

The new inkjet press has a width of 350mm and a 75m/min (250 ft/min) of speed and it gives an output of 600 dpi at 2.5pl dot size, which is claimed to be used for high quality and long run lengths.

It features static control, web cleaning and corona treatment and for wide range of substrate printing capabilities.

The system has 7-colour printing, which can be customised to provide wide range of colour printing. The system, which has been built on a modular platform, can offer options ranging from inline finishing options, die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge-trim, slitting and rewinding.

Dantex will also display its PicoColour UV inkjet press, which incorporates full variable data and latest innovations in Dantex software and engineering.

At the Labelexpo, the company will showcase several units of its PicoJet and PicoColour. Each will be displayed the different substrate and printing capabilities including CMYK + White, Varnish and Chilled Roller printing.

Recently, Dantex received an order from Glossop Cartons to supply plate making kit. The supply will include varnish applications, Star Plate software, an A1 exposure unit and an AQF900 plate-making system.

The Dantex’s new system is claimed to be offering high-quality and speed, coupled with low cost and long run capability, which is suited for spot varnish.
