DS Smith Plc, a leading provider of corrugated & plastics packaging worldwide, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Parish Manufacturing Inc. as previously announced on the 8th of December 2016.

Parish is a USA based manufacturer and supplier of bag-in-box systems, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The business, whose main focus is in bag-in-box and custom packaging for different liquids, will operate under DS Smith’s Rapak® brand.

We are delighted to complete the acquisition of Parish Manufacturing; a business that is highly complementary to DS Smith’s customer offering in the Flexible Packaging markets and strengthen our growth opportunities in the North American region.
