DS Smith Plastics, Extruded Products will showcase its reusable packaging solutions at the Empack Madrid event in Spain.

At the event, DS Smith Plastic will exhibit reusable packaging solutions developed from polypropylene sheets.

With lightweight, durability and recyclability characteristics, the polypropylene sheets can be easily customized for various applications.

The sheets can also be converted into single-use or reusable packaging such as boxes, cases, and returnable bulk containers.

Empack Madrid event will also allow the companies to exhibit various packaging design and warehousing solutions for the businesses.

DS Smith Plastics, Extruded Products Alcalá de Henares site sales manager Antonio Pereira said: “We have already attended Empack in Portugal this September and we received multiple leads, contacts, and positive responses.

“We exhibit our newly developed returnable packaging solutions to our current customers who visit us, and to prospective clients who are looking for the latest reusable packaging solutions in the market.”

In October, DS Smith Plastics also announced the exhibiting of reusable packaging solutions at the Industry Expo 2017 in Romania.

The firm’s products include collapsible and reusable bulk-container and AkyBox reusable transit packaging solutions. It produces a range of twin wall corrugated polypropylene plastic sheets.
