Essentra plc announces the divestment of its consumer packaging site in Bristol, UK to Broomco (4294) Limited, an affiliate of Euro Packaging, for an undisclosed consideration.

Essentra’s Bristol facility manufactures printed paper bags and associated packaging solutions for the bakery and foodservice end-markets. The transaction will be immediately earnings accretive to the Company, albeit that the net proceeds therefrom are expected to have an immaterial impact on the Company’s net debt position.
