Flextrus is proud to announce the reception of the prestigious Supplier of the year award from one of its strategic customers, Mölnlycke.

Amongst more than 1600 suppliers, Flextrus was one of the selected winners by receiving the award in the category ‘Innovation at heart’ with the following nomination: “Innovation can come in many shapes and forms and we are very proud to give our Innovation award to a supplier in the packaging area. Our packaging is such an integral part of our product properties and something that can truly support how we are perceived by our customers. This supplier has done a great journey during the recent years and has especially during the past year supported us by providing innovative solutions and materials – which have enabled us to be perceived by our customers as the trusted expert.”

The award ceremony took place at the Mölnlycke headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. The day included exclusive presentations from several executive team members at Mölnlycke, as well as presentations of their product range and focus areas for the coming years. Eric De Kesel, EVP Operations AT Mölnlycke stated,  “In order for us to reach Operational excellence and our 2020 strategy ambition it is crucial that we work with the right suppliers and establish a strategic relationship with them. The winners of the Supplier of the Year award are examples of where a good relationships have turned to strategic partnerships.”
