GPA Global  today announced the acquisition of Cosfibel Group, a leading player in luxury promotional packaging solutions, luxury gifts and merchandising solutions.

Cosfibel and its founder Alain Chevassus are renowned for their work with luxury and high-end brands. From L'Oreal to Chanel, from LVMH to Rémy Martin, and from La Dur é e to Damman, Cosfibel has established itself as one of the most renowned suppliers of luxury packaging and merchandising in the world. The acquisition of Cosfibel is GPA's second major acquisition with the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) Board as a shareholder, building on the recent acquisition of California-based Jenco Productions, which established a presence for GPA in Mexico and deepened its capabilities in the United States. Teachers' acquired a co-controlling interest in GPA in September 2022.
