Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a leading provider of packaging solutions to food, beverage and other consumer products companies, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International Holdings Mexico, has completed the previously announced acquisition of G-Box, S.A. de C.V., one of Mexico's leading folding carton producers.
