Filling and packaging systems manufacturer KHS Group is set to showcase its new compact and flexible systems for the beverage, food and dairy industries at Anuga FoodTec event in Germany.
The event will take place between 20 and 23 March in Cologne.
At the event, the company will exhibit new chunk dosing unit for functional milk beverages, which allows gentle filling of chunks measuring up to 10 x 10 x 10 millimeters.
The company will also present advanced solutions for sensitive beverages. KHS is offering new block systems as rotary or linear setups for sensitive applications.
KHS’ new dosing unit can be equipped on all linear systems and compliments the existing filling system.
KHS will also present FreshSafe PET coating system, which provides the benefits of both glass and plastic in one bottle to protect the product.
The company has also designed a special system to produce flat and oval PET containers that are used for products such as ketchup or edible oil.
KHS will present its compact Innoket Roland 40 labeler, which can be combined with various labeling stations to use for a range of containers from food cans and jars to glass bottles.
The Innoket system can be used to produce between 2,500 and 25,000 containers per hour.
KHS Dairy Europe sales director Thomas Redeker said: “Users gain many benefits when fillers can be combined with our Blomax stretch blow molder to form a compact block system.
“We’ve rounded out our portfolio for the sensitive segment and provide systems for many types of application.”
Based in Dortmund of Germany, KHS produces filling and packaging systems for the beverage, food and non-food industries.
