Kliklok has delivered three Kliklok C1H high speed carton closing machines to Twinings Poland.

Kliklok had received a briefing of closing two cartons sizes filled with tea bags carrying tags - 20's as well as 25's pack at up to 90 cartons per minute, reported Packaging News.

Designed particularly for "hood cover" style cartons, the C1H is a continuous motion automatic- equipment.

Hood cover style cartons are largely preferred by tea packers as they provide a 'caddy pack' re-closable feature as well as with or without a tamper-evident glue spot.

The machines were designed as per Twinings electrical and mechanical specification and come with Siemens controls and integrated conveyoring system.

Earlier, Kliklok worked with several tea brands such as Lipton, Five Roses and Typhoo.

At the Gulfood Manufacturing 2015 to be held in Dubai from 27 to 29 October, Kliklok International intends to showcase its top load cartoning equipment in a tie-up with KayDee Solutions.

The company intends to showcase its ECT500 glue form carton erector and C1F carton closer.

While its ECT500 can handle several carton tray designs right from four-corner styles to unique shaped packages,C1F carton closer comes with single flap, tuck-in cartons, which are largely preferred by tea producers.
