From 19 to 23 May 2015 | Pav. 4 stand U19 V20

Combining advanced technological expertise and 100% Made in Italy with rationalisation of production processes, creating added value with specific services and dedicated before and after sales assistance and responding to an evolving market with innovation - these are the key principles which the international leader for the design and manufacture of industrial labellers for the beverages, food, personal care, detergent and pharmaceutical sectors, Makro Labelling, brings with it and promotes for the first time also at IPACK-IMA. “The 2015 edition of IPACK-IMA will be absolutely special, both because it coincides with EXPO 2015 with its strong international appeal and because it will be tackling the key themes of innovation and technology, words which are part of our genetic make-up. Our machines represent a concentrate of latest generation technology and are able to satisfy every production line need in all sectors, including those of strategic importance for our growth such as the chemical, personal care and pharmaceutical industries. IPACK-IMA will also be an opportunity for us to take stock of the commitments undertaken, future challenges and hottest themes in our sector" says Massimo Manzotti, President and Sales Director of Makro Labelling.

At Milan from 19 to 23 May, on stand U19 V20 in Pavilion 4, Makro Labelling will be presenting the MAK 3 12P Ua3 L3 Ce self-adhesive labeller for the detergents and personal care market, characterised by the application of 3 labels and a speed of 12,000 b/h. Innovative, modular and flexible like all the Makro range, the MAK 3 12P Ua3 L3 Ce features the innovative Follower bottle guide system guaranteeing centred labels, fast bottle format change and minimal maintenance costs, and vision control, a quality control system to verify the precision of the pack and allow faulty containers to be rejected.

Together with the new MAK 3 12P Ua3 L3 Ce, Makro will also be presenting the new MAK Roll Feed series of rotary labellers for various formats of PET bottle, thanks to the use of wrap-round plastic labels on a reel with hot melt application, able to cut production costs to a minimum with respect to traditional OPP or pre-cut paper labels. Designed for the high-volume PET labelling market (water and soft drinks sectors in particular), MAK Roll Feed labellers offer a production speed of 6,000 to 25,000 b/h. In common with the entire Makro range, the Roll Feed machines are modular. This particular feature enables the roll feed unit to be replaced with a hot melt unit for pre-cut, wet glue or self-adhesive labels, satisfying the need for maximum production and configuration flexibility. The machine on the stand is the Roll Feed MAK 1 RLF 12 guaranteeing a production speed of 16,000 b/h on a water bottling line for 0.5 and 1.5 l formats.

The Roll Feed also has Vision Control and Follower and both machines, like the entire Makro range, stand out for their high technological level, maximum configuration flexibility and reduced consumption, thanks to the low consumption electrical system.
