Martek Industries is  has announced that the new EBS-260 model will be launched in the UK simultaneously at the following two exhibitions:

•    -   Easyfairs Packaging Innovations - Stand F6
•    -   The UK Concrete Show - Stand L35

Both events take place at the NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th February.

The EBS-260 has been designed to print text, logos, barcodes and 2D codes directly onto medium and large sized items such as precast concrete fabrications, wooden packing crates, pallets, outer case cartons and pipes.

Fast-drying inks for porous and non-porous materials are used with excellent UV and water resistance allowing products stored outdoors to be marked without the risk of marks fading. Text from 8 to 54mm high can be printed including real time information such as date, time and sequential numbers with up to 5 lines of text printed simultaneously. Company logos, shipping symbols, CE marks, recycle marks and other graphical data can be easily generated and printed.

All common linear barcodes and 2D codes can be printed including QR codes.
