Packaging firm WaveGrip partners with WeCan

Packaging firm WaveGrip has partnered with contract canning services provider WeCan to help extend its distribution and reach.
WeCan offers contract canning services for small and medium-sized beverage-makers. The company is offering mobile canning, a new service across Europe, where beverage producers of all sizes can pack their products on site without having to install a full canning line.
The partnership will support to expand WaveGrip’s reach globally by offering strong, lightweight and recyclable packaging options for beverage producers across the world.
WaveGrip produces its carriers using lightweighting technology and advanced polymers, which are claimed to be photodegradable and 100% recyclable.
WeCan has started leasing to craft producers, so that they can scale much quicker than the conventional model of buying a full canning line. The company is also offering its customers, personalised cans for events or marketing purposes.
