Uniflex designs new packaging for Bulbash’s limited edition products

31 January 2017

Uniflex has designed new bottles and labels for Belarus-based liquer maker Bulbash’s new-year limited edition product line.

Bulbash produces sweet liqueurs, balsams and vodka.

Uniflex has developed bright bottles and color-matched labels to provide organic-whole look for the products.

By using snow patterns, the firm has created a contrast between the label and the bottle`s glossy surface.

The metallized film features front label, which have already been used for Bulbash special editions.

Two Pantone colors and the screen white ink have been used to print the label. The firm’s technologies have specifically selected Pantone colors for enhanced visual bottle-label integrity.

According to the company, the significant technological feature is the applying of rotary screen on the white ink and varnish.

Initial design layout visualized gloss varnish on ice-like patterns, while Uniflex experts suggested three technological options such as gloss screen varnish, matte screen varnish and the the combination of matte flexo varnish and gloss screen varnish.

Later, Bulbash has selected matte screen varnish for visual and the label frosty effect for the bottle.

Uniflex provides packaging and labeling solutions for food, chemistry, cosmetics, and other industries.

The firm offers a range of flexible packaging solutions, including vacuum bags, pouches, sachets, roll packaging, and self-adhesive labels.
