BOTTLE CLOSURE

Engi Closures are produces under stringent quality assurance system. In-house laboratory is equipped with modern testing equipment and experienced personal. No compromise on quality. Engi closures are tamper evident, designed to cater for every need e.g. drop band or vertical cut it is backed by the facility to print up-to 3 colors on a closure.

Each closure produced is controlled individually through integrated quality control system. These systems are installed on all the machines producing closure shell or moulding liner in the shell. An intensive inspection and quality tests are performed to monitor the production at all stages, the plant laboratory is equipped to test requirement of international companies.

Temper Band (Vertical / Drop Type)

The temper evident band is cut along a profile depending on the design and raw material. We produce closures with vertical and horizontal (Drop) axis slitting of temper evident band. So, we can supply both type of score i.e. sealing band remains with the closure or drop on the neck of bottle.

Decoration

The shell can be manufacture from any desired base colour by customer and our Latest printing machine from masers Tampo Print - Germany can top print any closure with 3 colours design. After Printing, closure are electronically counted and packed in corrugated cartons with poly - ethylene lining bag.
