AL Series

The AL Series lidder is a compact footprint, hygienic, cantilevered design, press fit lidding machine for the application of stackable lids to a range of trays and pots. Based on the highly successful A Series denester-placer, the AL series lidder has an integral transport belt with product arresting/policing device. Specified to handle a range of different pots and trays, the AL series lidder is designed with flexibility and hygiene in mind. Product is separated from the main mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components which are located behind the main frame, with only the product path in front. The conveyor belts have been designed for easy lift out and cleaning plus the ability to quickly change belts. Equipped with a password protected large screen HMI for downloading new product settings and configuring machine settings, the AL series is operator friendly UK designed and manufactured in stainless steel (optional washdown spec) the AL series lidder is equipped with our robust but lightweight factory set format change masks for new product sizes, and is designed to be changed in minutes by semi-skilled operators.
