The R Series servo driven rotary pick and place denester-placer is designed for high speed picking and placing of a wide range of products from a single or multiple magazines. Capable of speeds of up to 400/min on small products and 200/min on larger items. The R Series is a very versatile feeder. Suitable for feeding selected trays, and feeding and collating items such as paper plates, coupons, flat cartons, greetings cards, the R Series is a simple and flexible machine. Equipped with a password protected large screen HMI for downloading new product settings and configuring machine settings, the R series is very operator friendly. UK designed and manufactured in stainless steel (optional washdown spec) with heavy duty machine stand, the R Series is suitable for placing into flowrapper and cartoner infeeds, flat or lugged belt conveyors and chain and peg conveyors
