Cans are unloaded, labeled, tray-packed, shrink bundled, palletized, and stretch wrapped in this fully automatic pallet-to-pallet line.

Full-layers are unloaded are from bulk "bright stack" pallets, and mass-flow diverted to a single file conveyor feed.

The cans are fed through a high speed vertical turret labeler to 2,800-can accumulation table.

A corrugated tray erector and loader packs a 12-count of cans passing the trays to an optional tray up-stacker.

The trays convey through a film bundler and shrink tunnel.

A fully-programmable product-select palletizer loads the wrapped trays.

A spiral pallet stretch wrapper and full pallet accumulation area complete the line.
