Advanced Labelworx, Inc.

History

Advanced Labelworx, Inc. (“ALI”) was formed in 1998 upon the merger of Tag & Label Corporation (“TLC”) and Tennessee Tape & Label Corporation (“TTL”). Both companies were founded in the late 1960’s, and each specialized in providing technical solutions in the durable product markets.

ALI has continued to operate with everyday focus on technical engineering support & innovative solutions, while striving to exceed customer expectations.

Our Method

Customer Involvement

The ALI Team aligns with customers at the earliest possible stage of design and procurement to engineer labeling and related product solutions that are functional, defect free and reduce the customer’s cost.  ALI will analyze your current labeling program by examining materials, formats and print methods. Additional analysis of order patterns, raw material/adhesive selection and run quantities can contribute to overall savings.

Deliver Solutions

ALI produces turn-key results that minimize inventories and maximize cost savings for our customers. Whether it’s a point-of-use imprinted WIP barcode, an ID label, 2D/3D barcodes or a ten-year outdoor rating plate, ALI has the solution.  Based on the part’s volume, application and durability requirements, ALI uses flexographic, digital, thermal imprinting or screen print methods. From agency compliance labels (UL, cUL, CSA, AGA) to under-the-hood automotive applications to labeling for medical devices, we print it or set up the customer to print and apply.

Comprehensive Support Services

We are invlved in early development of your labeling needs from material engineering and graphic development to print design.  With dedicated customer account managers, we ensure timely delivery.  Whether manufactured-to-order or customized finished goods inventory, ALI offers complete management of label production.

All of our facilities are ISO certified.  We have extensive knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP’s (Production Part Approval Process), FAIR’s (First Article Inspection Report), PSW (Part Submission Warrant), etc.  ALI’s continual improvement philosophy positions us as a leader in our industry.
