Dantex Group has announced the promotion of Justin Nowell to the position of digital director for its Pico division, effective 1st May 2024. The move reflects the division's ongoing growth and strategic focus, as well as Justin's significant contributions to date.
Previously the digital manager within the division, Justin has been a cornerstone in Dantex’s digital sector, delivering exceptional results in customer installations and colour management. His extensive experience and innovative approach have been key in enhancing service and support operations across Dantex's global subsidiaries.
As digital director, Justin will spearhead initiatives aimed at revamping service and support frameworks and introducing cutting-edge methodologies. His leadership will be crucial in improving internal and customer support processes, ensuring Dantex Digital maintains its competitive edge and industry leadership. He will also be involved in developing new commercial strategies to benefit both new and existing customers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
