Reliable high-speed dosing with added value for demanding filling and bagging
The dataPond 3F weighing controller is specially designed for dosing, filling and bagging granulates, free-flowing solids and liquids with very high throughput rates. It enables consistently precise filling results even in high-speed machines with cycle rates of over 2,000 fillings per hour. It controls and monitors the entire dosing process and also offers many functions and setting options for solving typical problems in filling technology.
Developed for the highest requirements, dataPond 3F has an extended range of adjustable functions, such as automatic dosing time optimization, automatic overrun correction in 3 modes with quick adaptation and special functions such as refilling and refilling. Digital filters to suppress interference and the intelligent control program with adaptive, predictive control as well as extensive monitoring and statistical functions ensure the highest possible precision, speed and reliability of the dosage.
Proven, high-performance evaluation algorithms guarantee optimal processing of the weighing signals and thus the highest level of measurement accuracy, even under difficult conditions. The weighing is then continuously optimized and readjusted using special control algorithms, which is why dataPond 3F is able to adapt flexibly to changes in the respective product properties, such as material density or flow behavior, during the filling process.
Presettings for different filling weights and products can be conveniently selected from 220 parameter sets, which enables quick format and product changes.
During operation, the dataPond 3F weighing controller automatically monitors a large number of process parameters that support the optimization of the system. Material flow, dosing times, fill weight, tolerances and process errors are recorded and evaluated. In addition, batch and product statistics as well as diagnostic data are logged and documented.
The dataPond 3F also offers a high degree of repeat accuracy for goods with critical filling properties - especially since disruptive influences, e.g. in the case of process fluctuations or switching processes, are reliably suppressed.
The integrated alibi memory documents the last 60,000 filling results and fulfills the requirement for the traceability of calibrated weight values when used in the downstream IT system.
The weighing control can be used both independently and in a network and can be set to different machine types. It can be operated intuitively, offers dialog-guided, digital comparison and can optionally also be configured as a multi-range or multi-interval scale. Up to 4 load cells can be connected.
