Sealing with Ni-Cr Flat Wire controlled with liquid cooling in closed circuit. Independent heat exchanger, sealing temperature of about 30 – 40 °C.
Patented Mobert film block system with self-adapting elastic grippers.

Cold cutting with toothed blade. High-speed carriage translation by means of a computerized BRUSHLESS motor.
Automatic positioning for bag picking and unloading of bundles with the digital "BAG LENGTH" setting.

Exclusive Mobert sealing unit handling system that allows the welding time to be increased even at high speeds.
Monitor for electronic control of work cycles, production data setting, signalling and instructions for the guided elimination of shutdown causes.
