Open Frame Weighers

Ishida’s open frame multiheadweighers are the established choice for manufacturing sites requiring high standards of hygiene for fresh foodstuffs.

Our open frame weighers boast:

• Advanced hygienic structure that retains the high-end specification and performance of the RV series.
• Reduced cleaning and maintenance time thanks to the more accessible structure and flexible electrical units that can be placed up to 20m away from the main body.
• Sloping surfaces that prevent build up of food residue, in pursuit of unrivalled hygiene standards.
• A wealth of options for improved user-friendliness, including removable infeed chutes, dispersion feeders aiding uniform infeed, and cameras allowing for real time display of production status on remotely-controlled screens.
