COMPLETE PACKAGING SOLUTIONS FOR POTATOES

Baby potatoes in a single-person packaging, peeled and pre-cooked potatoes, potato slices in bags, oven-ready potatoes on a dish, twenty pounds of potatoes in a plastic bag, or half a pound of potatoes in a sustainable Bag-2-Paper™. JASA makes it real by offering numerous innovative packaging solutions for potatoes. Choosing JASA is the right decision when you need different packaging in different sizes. Besides weighing and packaging, we also offer the option of sorting your potatoes with the optical grading Newtec Celox-P-UHD machine. This machine sorts your potato varieties according to size, shape, and quality. With this machine, pre-sorting became obsolete while the sorting process is exceptionally fast and precise.

JASA manufactures and installs complete potato lines: from infeed to weighing and packaging the trays to the (robotized) filling of boxes or pallets.
