Shrink Bundling 6 Packs and 24 Packs of Bottled Water

This fully automatic bottle wrapping line begins with receiving individual bottles from an existing filler and labeler, and ends with double wrapping film-on-film to reduce corrugated usage.

This system creates multiple lane accumulation on the wrapper infeed to allow the formation of a 6-pack resale package.

Continuing downstream, four 6-packs accumulate and are over wrapped into a bulk 24-packs.

The bulk packs are palletized with tier sheets on a spiral stretch wrapper to contain the load for transport.
