This multifunction manipulator is able to assemble a make-up box, a powder puff and a hood in a few seconds. In addition to assembly, this manipulator integrates the functions of component distribution, screwing and labeling. A release system distributes fragile components such as powder puffs. The products are transported by an electro-magnetic conveyor which brings speed, precision and flexibility to the application. Format changes are extremely fast thanks to the intuitive programming of the display, the integration of electronic adjustment counters and SMED tools.
AVAILABLE FUNCTIONS
The thermoformed trays comprising the components are unstacked by motorized axes. Once emptied, they are stacked.
Whether they are in bulk or stored on thermoformed trays, each of the components is dispensed automatically.
Turning, positioning, orientation are all steps carried out by the manipulator to assemble the final product.
Each cover is grasped, removed, engaged and screwed onto the case.
A label is affixed precisely on the underside of the case.
Traceability is ensured by an RFID system integrated directly into the machine.
