CIRCUNMFERENTIAL STRAPPING SOLUTIONS FOR ALUMINIUM COILS

The Automatic Strapping Machine that consists of a Circumferential Strapping Machine for the strapping of coils with steel strap of 32mm.

This solution is designed to strap circumferentially Aluminium coils with steel strap of 32mm. In this case, the coil is displaced through a coil car to each strapping position and it is strapped while it is placed on the saddle. As the Strapping Machine is fixed, the coil displaces to each circumferential strapping position. However, SAIZAR adapts to the client’s needs, so there would not be any problem in designing this type of solution in another way, such mobile, from the top, etc.

The coil’s sizes have a great variety. For example, one of the solutions that have been designed in order to adapt to the following sizes:

• OD of the coil: 800 – 2000mm
• Width of the coil: 600 – 1800mm
• Productivity: 15 coils/ hour
