JORESTECH® Flowpack machines can be used for a wide range of products and applications. During the horizontal wrapping process, the product is placed onto the machine’s flat chain conveyor where it travels horizontally to the sealing head. A heat-sealable film is then wrapped around the product, sealed and cut. All of these processes are automatically completed by the same machine. The result is a neatly fitted, flexible center seal pillow pack with a strong and consistent horizontal back seal and top/bottom vertical seals. Flow wrapping is commonly used for delicate products, single-serve goods, products in trays, and much more. This includes energy bars, sponges, ice cream on a stick, cleaning wipes, pastries, desserts, napkins, pre-wrapped plastic cutlery, flea collars, coffee filters, etc.
Built to last, it features stainless-steel surfaces to allow for quick and easy sanitation. Easy and user-friendly operation through the use of a menu-based touch panel display HMI. Push fingers allow this machine to know when to produce a cut, eliminating the need for eye marks on packaging, and producing consistent package lengths with great precision every time.
