All American Label, a provider of pressure sensitive label printing solutions, has forayed into the packaging business by installing three machines from precision mechanical engineering firm Heidelberg.

Recently, All American Label has changed its name to All American Label and Packaging, Heidelberg said.

The newly installed machines include: Suprasetter A 106 CtP, Speedmaster CD 102-6+L, and Easymatrix 106 CS.

Apart from the latest equipment, the label and packaging firm also has Prinect Pressroom Manager and a high-speed POLAR 137 cutter. All machines are equipped with Saphira consumables, which feature plates, inks, coatings, and chemistry.

All American Label and Packaging CEO Brad Brown said: “We want to be like a local convenience store for our customers – a one-stop shop for everything they need. Our customers can purchase their labels, sheetfed, offset-web, foiled embossed, inkjet, wide-format inkjet, grand format inkjet, all the way to simple signs, banners, and commercial print.

“This is what made us go with this large Heidelberg suite of products – we wanted to offer everything to our customers, and we wanted to offer the best.”

All American Label and Packaging has installed a Suprasetter A 106 CtP in order to partner alongside its productive press. The fully automatic machine holds 110 plates of each press size. It is capable of loading of plates direct from the Dual Cassette Loader with slip sheet removal, imaging, punching, and plate stacking.

The Speedmaster CD 102 has been chosen by the packaging firm to offer flexible processing of a large variety of jobs and materials. The machine, which operates at speeds up to 15,000 sheets an hour, delivers up to 40 million impressions annually.
