Cold Chain Technologies, LLC, a prominent provider of thermal packaging solutions for the secure transportation of temperature-sensitive products within the life sciences industry, has officially confirmed the acquisition of Exeltainer, a global supplier of thermal packaging solutions for life sciences. Exeltainer, which operates manufacturing centers in Spain and Brazil, has earned a strong presence in the market, particularly with blue-chip pharmaceutical customers across Europe and Latin America. The specific financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

This strategic acquisition significantly broadens CCT's global presence and enhances its array of highly engineered products, aimed at addressing the most complex challenges faced by customers.
