Steeped in history, The Junto takes its name from a club founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1727, which aimed for mutual improvement through diverse discussions on contemporary issues. The collaboration's design is influenced by Maudine's, the hotel's breakfast and coffee shop. The collaborative packets feature a black and white cow print with a small yellow crown. In 1926, Maudine Ormsby, a Holstein cow from Ohio State University's dairy herd, gained recognition as the honorary homecoming queen after Rosalind Morrison passed her crown to her due to an intriguing vote discrepancy. This historical tale comes to life in the design of the Dripkit coffee packets, reflecting the unique spirit of The Junto.

These specially designed Dripkits, adorned with the charming cow print and crown, are available in all 198 rooms of the hotel. Guests can enjoy a delightful cup of coffee before heading to Maudine's for breakfast, exploring the hotel's eateries, utilizing event spaces, or engaging in various amenities such as a gym, patio, workspaces, and the "Gear Garage," where guests can borrow a range of items from bicycles to GoPro cameras.

Established in 2017 by Ilana Kruger, Dripkit presents an innovative approach to enjoying high-quality coffee conveniently. Each Dripkit produces a 10oz cup of coffee, using 17g of finely roasted and ground coffee, without the hassle of traditional pour over preparation or cleanup. The easy "just-add-water" format empowers hotel guests and visitors to craft a perfect cup of coffee within minutes, relishing in the rich flavors of specialty coffee without the need for equipment or messy cleanup.
