US firm OfficePro acquires Elkhorn Chemical & Packaging

US-based OfficePro has acquired Wisconsin-based Elkhorn Chemical & Packaging for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1946, Elkhorn manages janitorial, safety and packaging supplies in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Elkhorn markets a line of packaging supplies with over 10,000 items ranging from boxes and tape to displays and bags.

The company supplies products such as polybags, padded mailers and tubes, tape, air foam, stretch film, loose fill, plastics and steel strapping, air bubble rolls and corrugated cartons.

Elkhorn also supplies janitorial products, including aerosols, cleaners or degreasers, drain cleaners, disinfectants or saniizers, specialty cleaners and polishes.

The company’s maintenance product portfolio includes brooms and dust pans, wet and dry mops, liners, brushes, pads and sponges, paper towels and trash cans.

In addition, Elkhorn provides complete line of personal protection equipment ranging from hard hats and safety glasses to gloves and respirators.

Established in 2003, OfficePro markets office supplies, janitorial supplies, breakroom supplies, as well as offers paper shredding, inventory management and coffee services.
