Zünd Plotting Systems (UK) is set to exhibit its new G3 3XL3200 digital cutting machine at this year’s Sign and Digital UK event.

At the event, which will take place from 28 to 30 March in Birmingham, the company will exhibit Zünd G3 3XL3200 installed with the new 3.6kW Router (RM-L), which is a pneumatic clamping system capable of routing materials at depths of up to 50mm.

The new router will also work with bits with shaft diameters of up to 10mm.

Zünd G3 system also includes integrated minimal quantity lubrication feature that will enable to process aluminium or ACM, helping to make routing on uneven surfaces with precise compensation for material thickness.

In addition, the new router can be used with Zünd's automatic router bit changer and wide assortment of Zünd router bits.

Zünd G3 digital cutting machine provides energy-efficient and adjustable vacuum table to precisely cut a range of common sign-making materials.

Zünd UK sales director Peter Giddings said: "Sign and Digital UK will feature a Zünd G3 3XL3200 with 3.6kW Router, a perfect set-up for many of the show's visitors, while offering flexibility for attendees considering diversification.

"We're looking forward to heading from our St Albans base to Birmingham's NEC at the end of this month to meet existing and new Zünd users and explore new ideas in the signage and display arena."
