Our full line of can labeling machines are unique in design and function. We specialize in manufacturing roll through can labelers for one specific diameter. There is an option to run multiple can heights within any diameter. Bear Label Machine Company has been specially designing high speed can label machines since 1991 here in the United States of America.

Bear labelers can run at speeds up to 1250 cans per minute or as little as being hand fed around 30 to 50 per minute. Our equipment runs cut and stack labels continuously and will automatically load a bundle of 1000 new labels. This feature is unique and helpful to your production-based environment.

All Bear’s use a hot melt adhesive to pick up every label and a cold adhesive to seal it. We have created our own PLC controlled glue extrusion system to operate using the least amount of adhesive. This quality means that there will be less consumption and messy clean up after many hours of production.

Bear labelers run a wide variety of cylindrical containers from the small 202 through the large 404 diameters. Not only will a Bear apply full wrap paper labels to metal can but also will run fiber and plastic cylindrical containers as well.

GLUE EXTRUSION SYSTEM

The fully automatic PLC driven Glue Extrusion System applies a precise amount of lap paste (Dextrin or Resin) to the lap end of the label. The Glue Extrusion System uses controlled air pressure to extrude cold glue through a glue tube. This allows glue to be accurately and consistently extruded and applied to labels regardless of fluctuations in production speed.

Compared to paste belt systems Glue Extrusion improves the accuracy and cleanliness of glue application. Glue Extrusion minimizes down time by eliminating glue slinging and angel hair. This reduces production costs and glue waste while improving the quality and cleanliness of the labeled can.
