Wicketted Bagging and Sealing System

The JMC Wicketted Bagging & Sealing System is fully automatic. The system will work with most types of pre-made poly and laminated bags, including: “press to close” zipper and slider type bags.

The system can be fed by hand or integrated with most types of feeding devices, including: automatic scales, volumetrics, and bowl feeders. The bag is automatically opened, filled, sealed, and coded (if equipped with the optional embossing coder). The finished bag is then dropped onto the takeaway conveyor, the bag can be either manually handled or baled by the JMC Baler. The uniquely designed sealhead automatically seals the bag while providing a compact footprint.
