EONSEN Pack Group has expanded its global operations following a major production upgrade that has increased manufacturing capacity to 1,200 tonnes per month. The expansion comes amid rising demand for high-performance packaging solutions across sectors including consumer electronics and new energy.

The expansion is supported by upgrades to the company’s 60,000-square-metre automated industrial plant in Dongguan. The facility now operates 34 automated bag-making lines with a monthly production capacity of 35.1 million units, along with 15 fully automated blown-film lines. EONSEN has also added a 2.2-metre ultra-wide production line to support large-format packaging applications for products such as display panels and industrial equipment.
The company is strengthening its presence in international markets, including North America, Japan, Southeast Asia, Russia and Central Asia, to support manufacturers seeking high-volume and precision-engineered packaging solutions.
EONSEN’s product portfolio includes stand-up pouches, spout pouches for liquid products, shaped pouches, and roll stock films for automated Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) systems. The company also produces lay-flat pouches, box pouches for premium packaging applications, protective bubble pouches for electronic products, and flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) for industrial materials and large-volume transportation.
