Sealed Air, a global leader in protective packaging, has expanded its paper cushioning portfolio with the launch of the SEALED AIR® brand ProPad® Mini, a compact cushioning system designed to extend the company’s scalable protective packaging strategy to space-constrained fulfillment operations. The new system helps customers maximize limited pack station space, minimize operator movement and provide consistent, on-demand paper cushioning for reliable product protection.

As e-commerce operations face growing fulfillment demands while seeking greater labor efficiency, packaging stations must support faster and more streamlined workflows. Designed specifically for space-constrained environments, ProPad® Mini delivers on-demand paper cushioning within a compact footprint and offers flexible mounting options. This enables customers to make better use of valuable pack station space while improving workflow efficiency and overall packaging productivity.

The system is supported by Sealed Air’s integrated paper supply network, which includes a closed-loop water system to process recycled fiber feedstock at its paper mills, helping reduce environmental impact while maintaining consistent material quality.
