Introducing Rolls Technology: Expanding Our Manufacturing Footprint in International Markets

25 July 2025

At RollsPack, innovation has always been at the heart of what we do. From pioneering tamper-evident packaging to setting new benchmarks in sustainability, we’ve always embraced bold ideas that move the industry forward. Now we’re proud to introduce the next step in that journey: Rolls Technology, our brand-new manufacturing facility in Huai’an, China.

This launch represents more than expansion. It’s a strategic investment in our global capabilities—designed to deliver faster, smarter, and more sustainable packaging solutions for our partners across the food, e-commerce, and other industrial sectors.

Built for Speed, Precision and Scale

Set on a vast 53-hectare site, Rolls Technology is designed with performance in mind.

With an 18,400-square-metre production plant, state-of-the-art cleanroom environments and advanced machinery including BOBST high-speed presses and laminators, this facility is built to meet the highest global standards in hygiene, quality and efficiency.

By investing in this scale and sophistication, we’re giving our clients access to faster lead times, tighter quality control and a level of consistency that’s crucial in competitive, fast-moving markets.

A Collaboration Between Two Teams, One Vision

One of the most exciting aspects of Rolls Technology is the synergy between our Australian and Chinese teams. This isn’t just a manufacturing hub. It’s a cross-border collaboration where expertise, experience and innovation come together.

By working in lockstep, we’re able to streamline operations, enhance responsiveness and ensure every package that leaves our line meets the RollsPack promise — reliable, high-quality packaging that performs.

Designed with Sustainability in Mind
Expansion doesn’t have to come at the cost of the planet.Throughout the design and construction of Rolls Technology, we remained laser-focused on our environmental responsibilities. From reducing emissions to implementing sustainable manufacturing practices, this facility reflects our broader commitment to building a greener future for flexible packaging.
