This prestigious award recognizes organizations that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to giving back to their communities through charitable giving, volunteerism, and other impactful initiatives.

Presented by Smart Business, the Medical Mutual Pillar Award celebrates businesses and non-profits that make a meaningful difference in the Greater Cincinnati area. ProAmpac was recognized alongside fellow honorees at an awards ceremony on January 16, 2025, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

“Our commitment to the communities where we live and work is an essential part of who we are,” said Jenny Brady, senior director, internal communications & ProAmpac employee assistance fund. “It is an honor to be recognized for our efforts, particularly through initiatives like the ProAmpac Employee Assistance Fund (PEAF) and our Global Community Challenge.”

ProAmpac’s recognition is based on several impactful programs highlighted in its 2024 Sustainability Impact Report, including:

• Global Community Challenge – Engaging employees in meaningful service projects, contributing approximately 700 hours of community service in 2024.
• ProAmpac Scholars Program – Providing financial assistance for the children of ProAmpac employees pursuing higher education or vocational training.
• ProAmpac Employee Assistance Fund (PEAF) – Offering financial support to employees facing unexpected hardships.
• PRO360 Initiative – A holistic wellbeing program designed to support employees’ health, wealth, growth, and community involvement.
