Atlas Packaging manufactures Crash Lock corrugated cardboard boxes which are a convenient and practical solution for businesses. The containers are delivered flat and are easy opening to fill with products with the bottom of the box locking into place to form a secure and sturdy base. The box is delivered pre glued and folded from our advanced machines such as the Bobst Expertfold A2 which also features the unique Accueject function, the only one of its kind in the UK. Lead times are shortened using this machine as it’s quicker to set up and cartons that haven’t formed correctly are automatically ejected from the machine to eliminate less than perfect boxes from reaching the customer.

Design

Atlas Packaging has structural and graphic design teams that work closely together to create eye catching and sturdy Crash Lock boxes that showcase the product with brand enhancing imagery. We are specialists in Flexo printed packaging in up to 6 colours on a single pass but we can also manufacture boxes with Litho or Digital print. Standard single colour text printed boxes are also available.
