The miniPond 3F weighing controller is designed for filling and bagging solids, bulk materials and liquids with medium to high throughput rates. It controls and monitors the entire dosing process and guarantees excellent precision and repeatability even with difficult materials.
The practical automatic functions for zeroing or taring, for post-run correction and for checkweighing with tolerance evaluation are supplemented by selectable dosing settings for entry and exit processes. Presettings for different filling weights and products can be conveniently selected from 7 parameter sets.
Digital filters for optimal processing of the weighing signals and proven, powerful evaluation algorithms ensure maximum measurement accuracy, even under difficult conditions. The weighing is then continuously optimized and readjusted by sophisticated control algorithms, which is why miniPond 3F is able to adapt flexibly to changes in the respective product properties, such as the material density or the flow behavior, during the filling process.
At the same time, frequently occurring interferences, e.g. due to vibrations and scale oscillations or process fluctuations and switching processes, are reliably masked out during weighing.
During operation, the miniPond 3F weighing controller automatically monitors a number of process parameters that support the optimization of the system. Filling weight, tolerances and process errors, among other things, are recorded and evaluated. In addition, data such as the number and total as well as diagnostic data are logged and documented.
The weighing control can be used both independently and in a network and can be set to different machine types. It can be operated intuitively, offers dialog-guided, digital comparison and can optionally also be configured as a multi-range or multi-interval scale. Up to 4 load cells can be connected.
