The HI 6600 is a modular multi-channel system with weighing processors and an interface module.Up to 30 weighing processors deliver their stable and precise weight data with 110 updates per second to the gateway module. This interface sends the data to the control system (PLC) via a fieldbus connection.Ideal for applications that require more than one weighing channel, such as silo and storage tank systems, batch dosing systems and multi-head filling machines; Each channel of the HI 6600 processes signals from up to four connected load cells and then outputs the weight data of the entire system via Ethernet TCP / IP, Modbus TCP or RTU, or either EtherNet / IP or Profibus-DP, depending on the Hardy gateway module. The HI 6600 increases the productivity of manufacturing systems by digitally suppressing noise and drastically reducing the settling time of the scale.

The typical functions with which Hardy has made himself so popular in process technology, such as C2 adjustment without test weights and the Integrated Technician (diagnostics and troubleshooting), are also built into the HI 6600. The compact design of the modules and the optional display simplify the system configuration considerably. This concept enables a particularly efficient and flexible package that offers the performance of weighing processors at the price of analog weighing transmitters.
