ROBOTIC DISPENSING

Robotic dispensing for adhesives, sealers, grease, and other materials offers an unparalleled level of production and accuracy compared to conventional methods. When coupled with the proper dispensing system and fixturing, a robot will increase quality as well as cut down on wasted material and scrap. In many cases, a single robot can accommodate multiple parts and different product configurations in the same work cell. The use of shuttles and/or turntables can allow an operator to load the next group of parts while the robot is processing the ones previously loaded. ROBOTIC SPOT WELDING

Spot welding with a robot can be done it in a couple different ways. Either take the part to the welder or mount the weld head to the robot. Each method has its advantages, but it really depends on the particular application as to what is best. In either case, robotic spot welding provides speed and consistency that can’t be equaled with manual labor. As with other robotic operations, it is often possible to use a shuttle or index table to allow an operator to load parts while the robot is welding another set.
