CONVOLUTE LABELS-OFFSET PRINTING

Professional convoluted labels and printed discs from our printing partners are applied in production with a food grade glue. They provide complete coverage of container from top to bottom with a straight, vertical seam on one side of the tubes. We recommend convoluted labels on projects quantities of 5,000 or more. Paper stock typically used for the convolute label strips is 80# Sterling Ultra C1S White Litho, unless otherwise specified, and they are printed with eco-friendly soy based inks in up to 8 colors and include scratch-resistant aqueous coating. Convoluted labels may also include special processes such as embossing, gloss UV, metallic ink, foil stamping or specific PMS colors. Labels can be produced using offset printing or digital printing methods.
