The ENVASEF multiheadweigher is a machine designed for industry in general, its function is to weigh and dose all kinds of products on containers expressly designed to contain said products. We have multi-head weighers with 10 and 14 hoppers of 0.5, 1.3 and 2.5 liters, a computer program controls the process from the beginning. The CPU selects the weight combinations that most closely approximates the required weight and determines the hoppers to be opened by the auxiliary motor.
Operation:
This equipment consists of ten or fourteen vibrating trays that in turn feed ten or fourteen feeder hoppers that ensure the correct loading of the weighing hoppers, these hoppers, by means of a combination of weights, carry out the correct weighing and discharge the product. This product is conducted mechanically through the lower collection plates to the final funnel of the corresponding packaging system.
Thanks to its fast processor, the weigher is capable of making more than 2000 combinations per second and choosing the best combination adapted to our needs, the medium / high speed thanks to these combinations will depend on the volume of the product, the desired weight and the time it falls to the packaging equipment, being able to even reach 60 weighings per minute in the equipment with 10 hoppers and 115 weighings per minute in the fourteen.
All actions are controlled by a touch screen that is very easy to use and has different automatic adjustment options so that the best performance for each product and desired weight is obtained fully automatically.
